To lead families to Christ by equipping them to raise Godly children and grow together in Christ-likeness for generations to come.
Our Mission:
Our Children's Ministry provides children an engaging, age-appropriate setting in which they can learn core truths about Jesus. Our volunteer leaders point children to an authentic faith and nurture friendships among peers through a research-backed and kid-approved curriculum called Orange. Orange reminds us to value the partnership between the home (represented by the color red, as in unconditional love) and the church (represented by the color yellow, as in the light of Christ).
Our mission is to lead families to Christ by equipping them to raise Godly children and grow together in Christ-likeness for generations to come. We envision families following Jesus together, relationships strengthened, and kids making an individual commitment to follow Jesus.
We accomplish this mission using a strategy that prioritizes:
Leaders and parents aligning with the same end in mind
Sharing core truths through engaging, relevant, and memorable experiences
Supporting parents as the leaders in the spiritual formation of their children
Connecting everyone to a caring leader and consistent group of peers
Students experiencing a personal ministry of their own
In addition, we take precautions to ensure the safety and security of everyone in the church building.
For example:
We use a secure child check-in and check-out system
Every adult working with children has passed a background check
An adult is stationed at all times in the children's wing to provide additional security and to help in case of an emergency

Here are a few tools and tips that may improve your experience with the children’s ministry:
-
If you are visiting for the first time, know that children of all ages and abilities are always welcome in the sanctuary during either service. Don’t worry about causing a distraction and if there’s something we can do to support your family better, please ask.
-
If you do need to step out of the sanctuary at any time, you’ll be able to watch the service on the TV screen in the Foyer and in the Prayer Room. If you need a spot to feed or change your baby, the nursery team would be happy to accomodate you.
-
If you'd like to visit the children's environments beforehand, we'd be happy to schedule a tour and tell you and your family more about what to expect. Please contact the church office. During this time, we can also discuss any accomodations you'd like us to plan for in order to help your child have a great time at church.
-
Whenever you are ready for your child to visit the nursery or children’s wing for the first time, we ask that you fill out a form so we can document important information about your child, like their age, any allergies or health conditions, and emergency contact information. You can fill out that form either in person or here. Our Children’s Greeters look forward to showing you how to print your child’s check-in tag and will give you instructions about the dismissal process. If you have any questions, please ask!
-
The nursery is available during both services for children 0-3 years old. Sunday School classes for children 2 years old-12th grade are available during 10:45am service.
Drop-off for the 9am service begins at 8:45am.
Drop-off for the 10:45am service begins at 10:30am.
Volunteers are happy to help your child find their classroom. Be sure to print a check-in tag for any children under 18 years old before they go to the nursery or class!

All children ages 4-18 years old are given the opportunity to share a tithe that supports a student in Guatemala through a program with one of our mission partners, VisionTrust. Click here to learn more about Daylin.
-
Kids 1 year old-3rd grade may receive a small snack during class.
We also ask that kids finish snacks and use the restroom before heading to the classrooms.
